Daytona 500

The Daytona 500 is the most anticipated sport of the year. It is also the biggest race of the year. Nascar has put the biggest race on and it will be very exciting. The racers spend all of their time waiting for this race. This year it is on February 14, 2010 and it brings in a crowd. It has 43 race car drivers and it will be a great race. There is a car from the Budweiser Shootout and another car from the Gatorade Duels.

There has been a lot of races and there have been a lot of crashes and racers that have had to replace there cars. The Stewart-Haas Racing team has been through five cars and they have not even raced the 500 yet. There has been a lot of people who have had their share of tire problems also. There are a lot of races that take place before the Daytona 500. On October 15, they have the Fall Cycle Scene and it is four days of intense motocross racing. The Daytona Sun Trust Moto-GT series is 8 hours of racing.

They also offer demo rides and they display items from the top vendors. Then there is a Daytona Kartweek, and this is three days long and it is considered the largest karting event ever. It is on December 28, and it has guest hosts from Tony Stewart, James McMurray and Bobby Labonte because they have raced in this series. They also have camping in the infield and it looks like everyone will have a great time.
